1. Cough
Chyawanprash is one of the best Ayurv
edic remedies to control cough associated with common cold when taken daily. A cough is a common ailment which usually happens with cold. It is commonly known as Kapha disorder in Ayurveda. A cough is generally caused by the accumulation of mucus in the respiratory tract. Taking Chyawanprash with honey helps to balance Kapha and rejuvenates the lungs. This is due to its Rasayana (rejuvenating) property.
Tips:
a. Take 2-3 teaspoon of Chyawanprash.
b. Mix with honey and have it once or twice a day before taking food.

2. Asthma

4. Malnutrition
Malnutrition can be correlated to Karshya disease in Ayurveda. This is due to the lack of nutrients and improper digestion. Regular use of Chyawanprash helps to fight against malnutrition.
