Benefits of Singhnad Guggul
1. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA)
Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is known as Aamavata in Ayurveda. Amavata is a disease in which vitiation of Vata dosha and accumulation of Ama (toxic remains in the body due to improper digestion) takes place in the joints. Amavata starts with a weak digestive fire and leads to the formation of Ama. This Ama is carried to different locations through Vata but instead of being absorbed, it gets accumulated in the joints. Singhnad Guggul reduces Ama and helps balance vitiated Vata due to its Deepan (appetizer), Pachan (digestion), and Vata balancing properties which help eases symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis-like joint pain and swelling.
2. Gouty arthritis
Gouty arthritis is a painful metabolic disease resulting in inflammation and deposition of uric acid in the joints. Singhnad Guggul might help reduce the symptoms of Gout. In Ayurveda, gout is known as Vatarakt, as the main dosha involved is Vata and it affects Rakt (blood). Taking Singhnad Guggul twice a day helps to reduce the level of uric acid due to its Deepan (appetizer) property and controls the symptoms of joint pain because of Vata balancing nature.
3. Osteoarthritis
Osteoarthritis is an inflammation of the joints which may cause pain and swelling. It can affect one joint or multiple joints. Singhnad Guggul is an effective polyherbal remedy used for reducing painful conditions like osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is known as Sandhivata in Ayurveda. It occurs due to an aggravation of Vata dosha, causing pain, swelling, and joint mobility. Taking Singhnad Guggul helps to balance the aggravated Vata due to its Vata balancing properties. This provides aid in managing the symptoms of Osteoarthritis.
4. Indigestion
Singhnad Guggul helps to correct indigestion. According to Ayurveda indigestion means the state of an incomplete process of digestion. The main reason for indigestion is aggravated Kapha which causes Agnimandya (weak digestive fire). Singhnad Guggul improves Agni (digestive fire) due to its Deepan (appetizer) property and helps to digest the food because of its Pachan nature.
