1. This membership card (“Membership Card”) is made available by Tata 1MG Healthcare Solutions Private Limited [hereinafter referred as “Company”] for its customers at the Company’s retail pharmacy stores, which are owned and operated by the Company.
2. Customers can purchase the Membership Card which attracts a nominal fee of INR. 149/- (Rupees One Hundred and Forty Nine Only) against all acceptable payment methods including cash, card, UPI, etc. The payment once made for the purchase of the Membership Card shall be non- refundable.
3. The Membership Card shall be valid for a period of 3 (Three) months from the date of its purchase (“Term”).
4. The Term of the membership can be renewed for a further period of 3 (Three) months by paying a requisite fee of INR. 149/- (Rupees One Hundred and Forty Nine Only)
5. Only you can use your Tata 1MG Membership Card. Memberships cannot be shared or transferred to any other person.
6. Remember to protect your Membership Card and report loss immediately to the customer service at 1800 309 7373.. No fees shall be charged by the Company towards replacement of the Membership Card.
7. Presentation of the Membership Card is imperative for availing the ongoing discounts and/or offers at the Company’s retail pharmacy stores.
8. By subscribing to this Membership Card, the customers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and (including any modifications, alterations, or updates thereof), that shall be published regarding the Membership Card.
9. Through this Membership Card, you can avail the below mentioned offers and/or discounts:
1. Upto 15% (Fifteen Percent) discount on medicines.
2. Additional 5% (Five Percent) discount on the Company’s branded products.
3. Additional 5% (Five Percent) discount (over and above the prevailing discount) on any diagnostic test against the invoice value.
4. Free delivery of medicines from the Company’s retail pharmacy stores within a radius of 3 (Three) km in the same city.
5. Early access to the sale at the Company’s retail pharmacy stores.
6. An assured freebie (This offer can be redeemed only by the card holder once in 3 (Three) months)
10. The Company reserves its absolute right to add, alter, withdraw, modify, or vary any or all the terms and conditions of the Membership Card at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice and the same shall be binding on the customer at all times. The Company also reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel any offer at any time without prior notice.
11. In the event of any misuse and/or abuse of the respective offer by the customer(s) through its Membership Card, the Company reserves the right to deny the offer and/ or cancel the relevant offer(s) available on the Membership Card.
12. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Membership Card and its offerings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated at New Delhi, India.
13. Any customer availing the offer(s) through the Membership Card shall be deemed to have accepted all the applicable terms and conditions.
