It works by killing harmful microorganisms and cleans the affected area. Aloe Vera is a plant. Its extracts form a protective layer on the skin by restoring moisture, so that it feels hydrated and refreshed. Allantoin is a skin protectant that works as a moisturizer and relieves minor skin irritations.
