Menthol + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylpropanolamine is a combination of four medicines: Menthol , Chlorpheniramine Maleate , Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide and Phenylpropanolamine which relieve dry cough. Menthol produces a sensation of coolness and relieves minor throat irritation. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Phenylpropanolamine is a sympathomimetic agonist. It narrows blood vessels in the nose to relieve congestion.
