How Di-iodohydroxyquinoline works
Di-iodohydroxyquinoline is a halogenated 8-hydroxyquinoline, an amoebicide with antifungal and antibacterial properties. It chelates trace metals at bacterial surfaces, which are essential for bacterial growth.
