Alprazolam+Melatonin contains alprazolam which can make you dependent on the medicine. Dependence can lead to withdrawal symptoms when you stop the treatment abruptly. This mainly happens if you have been taking high doses or have been using it for a very long time. Withdrawal symptoms can include a headache, muscle pain, anxiety, restlessness, confusion, mood changes, difficulty in sleeping, irritability, nausea, vomiting, stomach upset and many others.
Keep Alprazolam+Melatonin in the container or the pack it came in, tightly closed. Store it according to the instructions mentioned on the pack or label. Dispose of the unused medicine. Make sure it is not consumed by pets, children and other people.
