I had recently an appointment with Dr Surveen. I had received a confirmation for this appointment however upon reaching the hospital she was not available. Thereafter, she called up and tried to enquire about the ailment on the phone itself which was highly unprofessional. She said ''I'm not the concerned doctor for this problem''. Finally, I had to cancel this appointment and ask for a refund. Stay Away.
