What is NCCT Head And Orbit Axial?
The NCCT Scan or Non Contrast Computerized Tomography Scan of the head and orbit is a diagnostic procedure in which the rotating beams of X-rays are used to create cross sectional images of the head, the eyes, orbits or eye sockets, and surrounding bony and soft tissues which can then be used to form a three dimensional image of the head and eye orbits.
