Salbutamol + Chlorpheniramine Maleate is a combination of two medicines: Salbutamol and Chlorpheniramine Maleate which relieve cough. Salbutamol is a bronchodilator which works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens the airways. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which reduces cough associated with allergies by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine).
