Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor + Chlorhexidine Gluconate + Silver Sulfadiazine is a combination of three medicines: Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor , Chlorhexidine Gluconate and Silver Sulfadiazine which treat diabetic foot ulcer. Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor works by releasing a growth factor that causes skin regeneration in diabetic foot ulcer. Chlorhexidine Gluconate is an antiseptic and disinfectant which effectively cleans out the ulcer surface to prevent infection. Silver Sulfadiazine is an antibiotic. It stops bacteria from producing folic acid, a vitamin required for bacterial multiplication.
