Potassium Clavulanate is used in the treatment of bacterial infections.

Potassium Clavulanate is a beta-lactamase inhibitor. It works by blocking an enzyme (beta lactamase) produced by bacteria to inactivate antibiotics. This reduces resistance and enhances the activity of antibiotics against bacteria.
