How Mefenamic Acid + Tranexamic Acid + Vitamin K works
Mefenamic Acid + Tranexamic Acid + Vitamin K is a combination of three medicines: Mefenamic acid, Tranexamic acid and Vitamin K which reduce excessive bleeding and pain. Mefenamic acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tranexamic acid is an anti-fibrinolytic. It works by helping blood clot normally to reduce bleeding during periods, or after surgery. Vitamin K is also blood clotting vitamin which controls excessive bleeding.
Common side effects of Mefenamic Acid + Tranexamic Acid + Vitamin K
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
