Ibuprofen + Paracetamol + Dicyclomine is a combination of three medicines: Ibuprofen , Paracetamol and Dicyclomine. Ibuprofen and Paracetamol work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic. It works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps and pain.
