Dolutegravir + Emtricitabine + Tenofovir Alafenamide is a combination of three medicines: Dolutegravir , Emtricitabine and Tenofovir Alafenamide. It is an anti-HIV medication and works by preventing the action of reverse transcriptase enzyme. This enzyme is responsible for production of HIV.
