Diastase + Pepsin is a combination of two digestive enzymes. Diastase breaks down complex carbohydrates into simple sugars that can be more easily metabolized. On the other hand, pepsin breaks down proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids for their easy absorption in the small intestine.
