Cinnarizine + Dimenhydrinate + Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) is a combination of three medicines: Cinnarizine, Dimenhydrinate and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine). Cinnarizine is calcium channel antagonist which works by preventing constriction of the blood vessels of the inner ear. This improves the micro-circulation of the ear. Dimenhydrinate is an antihistamine (anti-allergic). It blocks the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) that is responsible for motion sickness. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) is a nutritional supplement that possesses anti-nausea properties and helps in proper functioning of nerves.
