Chlorhexidine Gluconate + Sodium Fluoride + Triclosan is a combination of three medicines : Chlorhexidine Gluconate, Sodium Fluoride, and Triclosan. Chlorhexidine Gluconate and Triclosan are antiseptics. They work by killing harmful microorganisms and cleaning the affected area. Sodium Fluoride is a mineral supplement. It works by strengthening the teeth and reducing the effects of acid-producing bacteria on the teeth. This makes them resistant to decay.
