Brinzolamide+Brimonidine+Timolol is used in the treatment of glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
How Brinzolamide + Brimonidine + Timolol works
Brinzolamide + Brimonidine + Timolol contains three medications. Brinzolamide works by reducing the production of fluid in your eye. This lowers the pressure within your eye. Brimonidine works by allowing better fluid drainage from within the eye and also by decreasing the amount of fluid formed in the eye. Timolol works by decreasing the amount of fluid formed in the eye.

Expert advice for Brinzolamide + Brimonidine + Timolol
  • Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute, immediately after instilling the drop.
  • Remove contact lenses before using Brinzolamide + Brimonidine + Timolol and allow at least 15 minutes before re-inserting them.
  • Do not touch the tip of the dropper to any surface, or to your eye, to avoid contaminating the eye drops.
  • Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution.
  • It may cause short term blurring of vision when first used. Use caution before driving or using machines.
  • It may cause temporary burning or itching sensation in the eye. Inform your doctor if this does not go away.
  • Make sure to use it within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.

Brinzolamide+Brimonidine+Timolol is a medicine used to treat glaucoma and ocular hypertension by lowering elevated intraocular pressure (IOP).
Use Brinzolamide+Brimonidine+Timolol as prescribed, typically one drop in the affected eye(s) twice daily. Shake the bottle well, apply the drop, close your eyes, and press the inside corner gently for 1-2 minutes.
Do not use Brinzolamide+Brimonidine+Timolol while wearing contact lenses. Wait at least 15 minutes after applying the drops before reinserting your lenses.
Avoid using Brinzolamide+Brimonidine+Timolol if you have severe respiratory conditions, heart problems, or allergies to its components. Inform your doctor of any other medications you are taking to avoid interactions.
Store Brinzolamide+Brimonidine+Timolol at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use and out of reach of children.
