Amlodipine+Atorvastatin+Ramipril is used in the treatment of Hypertension (high blood pressure).
How Amlodipine + Atorvastatin + Ramipril works
Amlodipine + Atorvastatin + Ramipril is a combination of three medicines: Amlodipine , Atorvastatin and Ramipril. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). It works by relaxing blood vessels which makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication. It lowers "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises "good" cholesterol (HDL). Ramipril is an ACE inhibitor which reduces stress on the heart and relaxes blood vessels so that blood flows more smoothly. Together they reduce the risk of heart diseases.
