How Aceclofenac + Diacerein works

Aceclofenac + Diacerein combines two medicines, Aceclofenac and Diacerein, which relieve muscle and joint pain. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Diacerein is a proteoglycan synthesis stimulator that blocks the chemicals that cause inflammation and pain and helps build cartilage (the soft connective tissue in the bones near the joints).
