Reflow 0.4mg Tablet & Flucos ITZ 100 Tablet

Concurrent use of Tamsulosin and Itraconazole should be avoided. If it is necessary, we should start with a minimum dose of Tamsulosin and continuously measure and adjust the balance as necessary. Patients are advised to monitor for adverse effects, particularly first-dose hypotension (fall in blood pressure with the first dose). The risks are likely to be greater in patients who are also taking other blood pressure lowering drugs.

Reflow 0.4mg Tablet & Olmesar 20 Tablet

Signs of decreased blood pressure (dizziness, fainting, fatigue, sweating) are seen when Tamsulosin is taken with Olmesartan Medoxomil. This can be minimized by starting with a low dose of Olmesartan Medoxomil, and increasing the dose slowly over a couple of weeks. If symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue or sweating develop lie down, raise your leg and get up slowly when recovered.
