Concurrent use of Chloramphenicol and Methylcobalamin should not be done.Chloramphenicol causes bone marrow depression (decrease in production of blood cells) which can oppose the action of anemia by Methylcobalamin and Vitamin B12. Where possible, prefer using a different antibacterial.
