Ferikind-S 100 Injection & Elphenicol 500mg Tablet

Concurrent use of Chloramphenicol and Iron should not be done. Chloramphenicol causes bone marrow depression (decrease in production of blood cells) which can oppose the action of anemia by Iron. Where possible, prefer using a different antibacterial.
