Actilop 25mg Tablet & Cathflush 10IU Injection

Use of Losartan and Heparin should be avoided at the same time. Monitor blood potassium levels in patients with kidney dysfunction, diabetes, pre-existing acidosis (increased acidity in the blood) before starting Heparin.

Watch for signs of decreased blood pressure (dizziness, fainting, fatigue, sweating) especially if the dose of Furosemide is high or the patient has following disease conditions (heart failure, hemodialysis, low-sodium diet, dehydration, diarrhea or vomiting).
