It's important to listen to your body. Here are some warning signs that your gut might be asking for help:

This includes gas, bloating, heartburn, and nausea. It could mean your gut is struggling to process food.

Losing or gaining weight without changes to your diet or exercise could signal an imbalance in your gut affecting nutrient absorption.

 If you suddenly find it hard to digest certain foods (leading to gas, bloating, diarrhea, or nausea), it could be due to changes in your gut bacteria.

Conditions like eczema, acne, and psoriasis can sometimes be connected to inflammation in the gut.
