How to use periwinkle (sadabahar) flowers for hair growth

Sadabahar (periwinkle) flowers are known for their medicinal properties, including promoting hair growth. Here are some easy ways to use them for healthier hair:

Crush a handful of Sadabahar flowers and mix them with coconut oil. Heat the mixture for a few minutes, strain it, and massage it into your scalp. Leave it overnight and wash it off the next morning.

Boil a few Sadabahar flowers in water, let it cool, and use it as a final rinse after shampooing to strengthen your hair.

Grind fresh Sadabahar flowers and mix them with yogurt or aloe vera gel. Apply it to your scalp and hair, leave it for 20 minutes, and rinse with lukewarm water.
