Rub your palms together until warm and gently place them over your closed eyes. Breathe deeply and relax for 1–2 minutes. This soothes the optic nerve and reduces stress.

Consciously blink 15–20 times quickly, then close your eyes and relax for a few seconds. This keeps your eyes lubricated and reduces dryness from screen exposure.

Roll your eyes clockwise in a full circle 5 times, then repeat counterclockwise. This strengthens the eye muscles and increases flexibility.

Visualize a large figure 8 about 10 feet away. Trace it slowly with your eyes in one direction for 30 seconds, then reverse. This improves coordination and focus.
