As the summer heat intensifies, staying hydrated becomes essential—but so does being cautious. Contaminated water and unhygienic food can easily lead to stomach infections and other waterborne illnesses.

Caused by Salmonella bacteria, typhoid spreads through contaminated food and water. Symptoms include fever, weakness, and stomach pain.

This leads to severe watery diarrhoea and dehydration. It spreads through unsafe drinking water, especially in areas with poor sanitation.

This liver infection spreads through contaminated water and food. Look out for signs like fatigue, jaundice, and loss of appetite.

Hepatitis A
