Direction for Use:

• Push the sides and fold the cup in half appearing like a U shape. The top rim has to be very small to insert

• Hold the folded side between thumb and forefinger. The curve side will be away from your palm

• Go in a comfortable position like a squat with relaxed vaginal muscles

• Open the labia with the other hand and push the folded portion into the vaginal opening

• The cup should be a half-inch inside the vagina

• To remove the cup, use your thumb and forefinger to reach the base of the cup and pinch it to release the seal. Pull it out

• After emptying the content in the toilet, wash the cup with warm water and mild detergent

• The menstrual cup should be emptied twice a day or as per requirement

• Empty it at least twice a day when on periods
