Directions for Use:

• Remove pen needle seal

• Screw pen needle onto pen, by pressing straight down using the outer protective cap (Do not click on at an angle)

• Remove the outer protective cap by pulling straight off, and save it

• Remove the inner protective cap

• Penetrate skin quickly and inject slowly

• Carefully replace the outer protective cap (if self-injecting only)

• Unscrew the pen needle and safely dispose of it according to your physician's or pharmacist's advice
