Rashtin Lotion contains Zinc oxide, Vitamin A, Vitamin D and Aloe vera as main active ingredients.

Role of active ingredients:
Zinc oxide is a topical skin product that is used as a protective coating for mild skin irritations and abrasions. Zinc oxide works as a mild astringent and has some antiseptic properties.
Vitamin A thickens and stimulates the dermis where your collagen, elastin and blood vessels are so it reduces wrinkles and increases blood flow to the surface of the skin. Vitamin A actually increases the deposition of collagen; therefore it slows the normal aging breakdown of your collagen and elastin. Vitamin A normalizes blood flow and helps to reduce the symptoms of rosacea, increases the rate of wound healing, exfoliates making skin smooth and even-toned. It repairs the cellular structure of the epidermis, optimizing the UV protection, decreasing clustering of melanin granules so reducing brown spots or pigmentation. It decreases sebum production and thus treats acne brilliantly and thus promotes a healthy cellular membrane .
Calcitriol (1, 25-dihydroxy vitamin D3) has been used topically to treat certain skin conditions, including psoriasis, a skin condition that involves a hyper proliferation of keratinocytes. Topical use of calcitriol ointment is safe and may be an effective treatment for plaque-type psoriasis.
