Not so effective in acne and pimples unlike the PURODIL SYRUP. Infact Himalaya Clarina Ointment works better if I compare between both.Also the content of the tube is not smooth for dispatching the stuffs....it flushed out Totally disappointed AIMIL with these ointment product.
