Information about Phobin Capsule
Phobin Capsule contains Adenosylcobalamin, Ascorbic acid, Carbonyl Iron and Folic acid.
Benefits of key ingredients:
Carbonyl iron is the form of iron supplement which is considered to have a higher bioavailability as compared to other iron salts as it is absorbed slowly with the release of gastric acid, hence a lower rate of its mobilization confers to its low toxicity profile.
Folic acid present in the tablet is important in contributing towards increasing the Hb levels of the females and increased amount of folate ion is also required during pregnancy.
Adenosylcobalamin is a different form of Vitamin B12, it is supplemented in order to increase the red blood cells, as its deficiency leads to pernicious anemia which is the inability of the body to absorb vitamin B12 from food. Adenosylcobalamin is interconverted into Methylcobalamine, the combination is a rich delivery system of vitamin B12.
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) is an active antioxidant and essential for uptake of iron.
Phobin Capsule is used for the treatment of
