Nutty Gritties premium Omani dates coming all the way from Oman. Their appearance is big and appealing with a Shade of dark brown colour. Our nutritionists suggest eating them raw (6-7 dates per day). They are a great snack to have when you get sweet cravings because of the natural sugar present in them. We can also eat them with an oatmeal bowl and make a delicious smoothie with it. Date syrup can be used to bake cookies, and cakes and be used as a replacement for sugar syrup.
