Directions For Use:
Mix 1 level scoop (39 g) of Fuel One Whey Protein in 200 ml of chilled water and shake vigorously for 15 to 30 seconds, until it blends well. Consume 1 shake after workout and one at your convenience. The recommended dosage is twice a day or as directed by the dietitian.
