Kent Crown Plus-W RO Water Purifier 11L White is a water purification system designed to provide purified drinking water. Featuring a RO+UV+UF+TDS Control purification process, it reduces dissolved impurities, salts, and heavy metals while retaining essential minerals. The purifier includes Zero Water Wastage Technology™, which recirculates rejected water back to the overhead tank. With an 11-litre storage tank, in-tank UV disinfection, and a purification capacity of 20L/hr, it is designed for use in homes and offices. The fully automatic system operates with auto-on and auto-off functions for convenience. Constructed with ABS material, it is built for durability and corrosion resistance.

Directions for Use:

• Install the purifier following the user manual instructions

Safety Information:

• Read the label carefully before use

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced using the original part to avoid hazards

• Children should be supervised to prevent improper use of the appliance

• This appliance is not intended for use by individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities unless supervised or instructed on its proper use

• Warning: Do not operate the UV-C emitter if it is removed from the appliance enclosure

• Read the maintenance instructions before opening the appliance

• Disconnect the appliance from power before replacing the UV-C emitter

• Avoid direct sunlight exposure and installation in damp areas

• Rejected water can be recirculated to the overhead tank to minimise wastage

• Avoid sharp bends in the pipe fittings; do not bend or block the reject water pipe

• If the purifier is not in use for more than two days, switch off the power and drain the storage tank

• Ensure that the incoming water temperature is between 10°C and 40°C

• The maximum distance between the water source and the purifier should not exceed 3 meters

• Do not place the purifier inside a closed cabinet

• Drain the storage tank once every 15 days to maintain hygiene

• Use only genuine KENT spare parts for optimal performance

• Do not attempt to service the purifier; contact an authorised technician for assistance

Replacement Policy:
In case of defective items and inner damages, replacement and/or service shall be covered under the brand warranty. In case of physical damage, wrong or missing item, Tata 1mg shall provide a replacement. This shall be valid only for 7 days from the date of delivery. Tata 1mg shall only be liable for physical damages visible from the outside, in which case customers are requested not to sign the consent form.  

Replacement verification:
During on-call support, you may be prompted to upload an image for verification. Please contact the KENT Service Centre for product-related issues. KENT will provide On-call support followed by a technician inspection at your location.

Replacement Instructions:
Keep the item in its original condition and packaging, along with the MRP tag and accessories, for a successful pick-up.

Warranty Information:
1 Year Brand Authorized service from the date of purchase and 3 years of free service. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Any physical damage to, plastic or glass body is not covered under the warranty. 

Brand Installation:
For On-site service, customers need to reach out to KENT service/installation no. 92789-12345 to schedule the installation visit. KENT will arrange free installation within 24-48 hours.
