• Body- it is recommend to dilute (70/30) of neem oil with sweet almond/sesame oil and massage gently all over the body and allow the oil to work for 30 minutes and cleanse with a mild body cleanser

• Hair- it is recommend to dilute equal parts of neem oil with sweet almond/sesame oil and gently massage into scalp, allow it to work for 30 minutes, cleanse with a mild shampoo
