Mentol 40 mg Capsule is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorder, phobia, post traumatic stress disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. It works by increasing the levels of serotonin, a chemical messenger in the brain.

Mentol 40 mg Capsule should be taken in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor but take it at the same time each day to get the most benefit. The dose and how often you need it will be decided by your doctor so that you get the right amount to control your symptoms. It may be increased gradually. If you have trouble sleeping it may be best to take this medicine in the morning. It may take a few weeks before you start to feel better.
