Duralast 30 Tablet is a medicine used to treat premature ejaculation in adult men. This medicine increases the time it takes to ejaculate and improve control over ejaculation. This helps to relieve the anxiety or frustration about fast ejaculation.

Duralast 30 Tablet belongs to a group of medicines known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI). It may be taken with or without food. This medicine should only be taken if you have been diagnosed with premature ejaculation by a doctor. It is usually advised to be taken 1 to 3 hours before anticipated sexual activity. Do not take it more than once in a day. Follow your doctor’s instructions while taking this medicine.

Some common side effects of this medicine include headache, dizziness, drowsiness, vomiting, nausea, indigestion, fatigue, increased sweating, and restlessness. Some people can develop erectile dysfunction with this medicine. Let your doctor know if any of the side effects persist or worry you. Do not drive or do anything that requires focus (eg. working with heavy machinery) until you know how this medicine affects you, as some people can develop dizziness and sleepiness as side effects.

Do not take Duralast 30 Tablet if you have heart problems (like heart failure or problems with the heart rhythm), or have ever had depression or mania, or are currently taking medicines for depression known as MAO inhibitors. Before taking it, you should tell your doctor if you have epilepsy (seizure disorder or fits), liver or kidney disease, glaucoma, or have had dizziness/fainting (syncope) due to low blood pressure in the past. These may affect your treatment.

hi PATIENT a gym. do heavy workouts and not cardio. eat protein as in eggs and lots of veggies and fresh fruits like pomegranates. this will naturally increases ur testosterone production apart from it:1. medical treatment: Tablet tadapox or dejac-T 1 tablet 1 hour before sex 2. sex therapy: when u think u r about to come, just stop moving and ask ur partner to stop moving as well and stay still for 30 seconds. In 70%, these technique works. Other technique is to ask the partner to squeeze the glans penis with thumb and finger tightly just when u think u r about to come. Hello PATIENT you feel good with those medicine then continue but I advice a bit diffrently. Premature Ejaculation is very common in age and first of all dont take so much tension which is further deteriorate your health. Life style modification with behavioural changes may help you more. There are some technique and take help from your partner. In the ?stop-start? programme, the partner stimulates the penis until the patient feels the urge to ejaculate. At this point, he instructs his partner to stop, waits for the sensation to pass and then stimulation is resumed. Another the ?squeeze? technique is similar but the partner applies manual pressure to the glans just before ejaculation until the patient loses his urge. Apply some cream like Climax spray / EMLA cream which will further help. Along with this do exercise, stop smoking tobacco alcohol n gutkha, eat fruits and take antioxidant multivitamins and vitamin C. Try this for couple of weeks and if not improved i will advice you some medicines.
