How Respigat Products work
Ambroxol + Gatifloxacin is a combination of two medicines: Ambroxol + Gatifloxacin1 and Ambroxol + Gatifloxacin2 which treat respiratory tract infection associated with excessive mucus (phlegm). Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Gatifloxacin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Addition of ambroxol enhances the antibacterial effect of gatifloxacin.

Take Respigat 75mg/400mg Tablet as soon as you remember it. However, do not take it if it's almost time for your next dose. Also, do not take an extra dose to make up for your missed dose.
