If you are taking metformin along with CARTINEX OD TABLET, you have to be careful since CARTINEX OD TABLET may increase the levels of metformin in the body which can lead to metformin toxicity. Talk to your doctor who will modify the dose of metformin.

It is recommended not to take simvastatin and CARTINEX OD TABLET together because it may cause simvastatin toxicity which may lead to symptoms like muscle weakness and soreness, fatigue, decreased urination, etc. Let your doctor know that you are already taking simvastatin. If it is still necessary to take, then take it exactly as advised by the doctor.
