It measures IgG antibodies that may be associated with delayed immune response to specific foods. Results must be interpreted alongside your symptoms, dietary history, and other clinical findings for appropriate guidance.

The test requires a simple blood sample collected by our trained phlebotomist at your home. The sample is then analyzed in our certified laboratory to measure IgG antibody levels against various food items.

Cereals and Grains

Typically, you will receive your Food Intolerance Test results within 5-7 business days after sample collection. Results will be sent to your registered email and can also be accessed through the Tata 1mg app or website.

Dairy and Animal Proteins
