EasyCheck-Diabetes
Understanding EasyCheck-Diabetes
What is EasyCheck-Diabetes?
Cancer screening is the most crucial preventive measure for its early detection and diagnosis.
EasyCheck-Diabetes is a test to screen for the presence of cancer in individuals (above age 30 yrs) with existing or recently diagnosed type2 diabetes.
Diabetic patients are more likely to be affected with diabetes related cancers originating in kidneys, colon, rectum, pancreas, liver and bladder, than healthy individuals. This test helps plays a vital role in screening the diabetic patients for related cancers and mitigate their complications.
This test is designed to be conducted annually at the comfort of your home and helps in improving the survival rate in patients.
This test is validated for detection of following type of malignancies only:
Liver (AD - HCC), Pancreaticobiliary (Pancreas (AD), Bile Duct (AD) Gallbladder (AD)), Colon (AD), Rectum (AD), Kidney (RCC), Bladder (UC)
Please Note: If the sample indicates malignancy but is either negative or indeterminate with regard to its subtype, further investigation besides the EasyCheck-Diabetes test may be considered as advised by your physician. After this screening test, further decisions on patient care and treatment must be based on the independent medical judgement of the treating physicians taking into consideration all available and relevant information concerning the patient's condition, such as personal and family history, physician's examination as well as information from other pertinent diagnostic tests and medical imaging and histopathology.
