NCCT Dorsolumbar Spine in Ghaziabad

An NCCT (Non-Contrast Computed Tomography) Dorsolumbar Spine is an imaging technique that uses the rotating beams of X-rays to create cross-sectional images of the lumbar region of the spine. These images are further used to create three-dimensional images of the spinal column that helps view the vertebral and intervertebral discs.

This technique is used for the investigation of any injuries, infection, or disease in the spine. It helps detect the reason behind back pain followed by fever, lower back pain, herniated discs, osteoarthritis, pinched nerves, weakness or numbness in the legs, or signs of cancer.

You will be given a hospital gown for the procedure and asked to remove any jewellery or metallic items. You need to inform the doctor if you could be pregnant.
