What is CK19?
Cytokeratin 19 is a member of the type I acidic subfamily of keratins. Conduction of CK19 test can confirm bladder cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, cervical carcinoma and malignancy of epithelial origin. Also, CK19 test is known to help during and after the treatment of bladder cancer, cholangiocarcinoma and malignancy of epithelial origin.
