What is CECT Head And Orbit Axial?
Contrast Enhanced Computerized Tomography (CECT) scan of the head and orbit is a diagnostic procedure in which a contrast material is injected and the rotating beams of X-rays are used to create cross sectional images of the head, eyes, orbits and eye sockets, and surrounding bony and soft tissues which is further helpful in forming a three dimensional image of the head and the orbits.
