ज़ोस्टम 1.5gm इन्जेक्शन दो दवाओं का एक मिश्रण हैःसैफोपेरैज़ोन और सल्बक्टैम. सैफोपेरैज़ोन एक एंटीबायोटिक है. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Sulbactam is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefoperazone against bacteria.
