Yes, it is safe to use Vidglit-M Tablet PR if you take it for the prescribed duration and according to the dosage advised by the doctor. However, despite taking the prescribed dosage you might experience common side effects like nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, stomach upset, headache, nasal congestion, sore throat, respiratory tract infection and hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level). Yes, the use of Vidglit-M Tablet PR can lead to lactic acidosis which is also known as MALA (Metformin-associated lactic acidosis). यह खून में लैक्टिक एसिड के बढ़ते स्तर के कारण होता है. यह मेटफार्मिन के इस्तेमाल से जुड़ा एक बहुत ही दुर्लभ साइड इफेक्ट है और इसलिए इसे किडनी की बीमारी वाले मरीजों, वयोवृद्ध मरीजों और बहुत अधिक शराब पीने वाले मरीजों को नहीं दिया जाता है. Symptoms of lactic acidosis may include muscle pain or weakness, dizziness, tiredness, feeling of cold in arms and legs, difficulty in breathing, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain or slow heart rate. If you have these symptoms, stop taking Vidglit-M Tablet PR and immediately consult your doctor.
