Product introduction

Telong-H Tablet contains two medicines, both of which help to control high blood pressure. आमतौर पर इसका इस्तेमाल तब किया जाता है जब अकेले एक दवा ब्लड प्रेशर को प्रभावी ढंग से नियंत्रित ना कर पा रही हो. ब्लड प्रेशर को कम करने से भविष्य में हार्ट अटैक या स्ट्रोक होने के आपके जोखिम को कम करने में मदद मिलती है.

You can take Telong-H Tablet with or without food. डोज़ आपकी कंडीशन और दवा के प्रति आपके रिसपॉन्स पर निर्भर करेगी. Try to take it at the same time each day. जब तक आपका डॉक्टर आपको रुकने के लिए न कहें, तब तक इस दवा को लेते रहना आवश्यक है. इसमें डाइयूरेटिक (वॉटर पिल) होता है और इसके कारण आपको अधिक बार पेशाब जाना पड़ता है, इसलिए सोने के चार घंट पहले इस दवा को लेने से बचना बेहतर रहता है. अगर आप बेहतर महसूस करने लगे हैं तब भी नियमित रूप से इस दवा का इस्तेमाल करें. आमतौर पर हाई ब्लड प्रेशर में लक्षण नहीं होते हैं और अगर आप इसे लेना बंद कर देते हैं तो आपका हार्ट अटैक या स्ट्रोक का जोखिम बढ़ सकता है.

सबसे सामान्य साइड इफेक्ट चक्कर आना है. Telong-H Tablet is a combination of two medicines namely telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide. इसे आमतौर पर तब उपयोग किया जाता है जब एक दवा अकेले आपके ब्लड प्रेशर को प्रभावी रूप से नियंत्रित नहीं करती है. टेल्मीसार्टन आपकी रक्त वाहिकाओं को रिलेक्स तथा चौड़ी करके काम करता है ताकि इन वाहिकाओं में रक्त आसानी से बह सके. इससे आपका ब्लड प्रेशर कम होगा. Hydrochlorothiazide is known as a diuretic (water pill) which increases urine output thereby lowering blood pressure. अगर आपका ब्लड प्रेशर नियंत्रित होता है तो आपको हार्ट अटैक, स्ट्रोक या किडनी में समस्याएं होने का जोखिम कम होता है. इस दवा को, असर करने के लिए, बताए गए अनुसार नियमित रूप से लिया जाना चाहिए. इस दवा से होने वाले अधिकांश साइड इफेक्ट में डॉक्टर की सलाह लेने की ज़रूरत नहीं पड़ती है और नियमित रूप से दवा का सेवन करने से साइट इफेक्ट अपने आप समाप्त हो जाते हैं.
